This work is an extension of the same principles that underpin Heel.
Not control.
Not force.
Not correction.
But understanding.
Behaviour is communication
And when we learn to read it clearly, respond consistently, and remove confusion, everything begins to shift.
This approach focuses on:
- awareness of your own communication
- clarity in your movement and intention
- understanding how horses perceive pressure and release
- building trust through consistency rather than force
This is not about training your horse.
It’s about developing your ability to communicate clearly, move with intention, and create space for your horse to respond.
When the human becomes clearer, the horse no longer needs to resist

- As this work develops, it will include facilitated sessions, groundwork and movement-based exercises, and support in building calm, responsive partnerships.
